What we collect, and why.
Short version: only what you type into a form, only so we can reply to you.
What we collect
What you type into a form on this site. This can include your name, email address, organization, investor type and message. Creator Network applications also include your location, preferred contact method, social profiles, audience size and markets, content categories, and collaboration interests. We do not use advertising trackers or build browsing profiles.
Site analytics and NAV / AI
To understand how the site is used, we record anonymous usage: which pages are viewed, how long they stay on screen, how far they are scrolled, which links and buttons are pressed, your country and device type, and the website that referred you. Questions typed into NAV / AI are stored together with the answer given, so we can improve it, and those questions are sent to Google's Gemini model through Vercel's AI Gateway to generate a reply. This uses Vercel Web Analytics and a random identifier kept in your browser tab's session storage that is deleted when the tab closes. No cookies are set for this, and it is never linked to your name or email. Please do not type personal details into NAV / AI.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. Investor submissions are used to send requested materials and continue that conversation. Contact and partnership submissions are used to respond to your enquiry. Creator information is used to evaluate fit and contact applicants about relevant campaigns and opportunities.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and a notification email is sent through Resend. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses. These providers process this data on our behalf.
Creator Network access
Accepted creators can use a private portal to review and respond to campaign invitations. One-time sign-in links and a strictly necessary secure session cookie protect that access. We record application decisions, campaign responses and fulfillment status so both sides have a clear relationship record. We do not use this cookie for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@navcollective.co to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here.
