By builders, for builders.

Narvens Joseph

Founder

Narvens Joseph grew up in Haiti, went to Saint-Louis de Gonzague in Delmas, and now builds companies from Florida. He doesn't really have one lane, and that's kind of the point. NAV Collective became the place for everything he couldn't neatly categorize: software, consumer products, infrastructure, fashion, experiments, and ideas that kept feeling worth pursuing.

Roubens Debras Jeremiah

Head of Content & Storytelling

Roubens runs the voice of the studio: the campaigns, the creator work and the stories that make ten very different products feel like they came from the same place. He is 22 and has a habit of seeing the shot before anyone else in the room does, then getting it made. If you have watched something from a NAV venture and remembered it, that was probably him.

Nick-Ary Lafortune

Head of Growth & Partnerships

Nick-Ary turns launches into traction. He owns how the ventures find their first thousand customers and the partners that take them further, from creator deals to distribution. He is 22, moves fast, and treats every number on a dashboard as a question worth answering.
